Regionalliga North/East: Competition Format Confirmed for the New Season
Last weekend, the competition format for the Regionalliga North/East was officially confirmed. The league will be split into two groups, with each group playing a one-and-a-half round-robin schedule, giving every team a total of 18 regular-season games.

In addition to the regular group schedule, each team will play six bonus games during the regular season.
For the Crocodiles Hamburg, these games are as follows:
- Two bonus games within Group A:
- A fourth meeting with HSV Eishockey
- A fourth meeting with the Beach Devils Timmendorf
- Four intergroup bonus games against Group B opponents:
- Home games against Tornado Niesky and the Chemnitz Crashers
- Away games against the Harzer Falken and the Schönheider Wölfe
With the format now confirmed, the upcoming season promises plenty of exciting and varied matchups—both within the Crocodiles' own group and against teams from the other group.
