Maksym Andriienko has made remarkable progress over the past few years. The Ukrainian-born forward arrived in Hamburg in 2022 and quickly found a new hockey home with the Crocodiles. Since then, he has continued to develop step by step and has established himself as one of the team's most promising young players.

Andriienko first turned heads in the DNL, where he posted exceptional offensive numbers. During the 2022/23 season, he recorded an outstanding 116 points in just 35 games for the Crocodiles' U20 team, finishing among the league's leading scorers.

After a spell with EC Bad Tölz, Maksym returned to Hamburg and quickly impressed at the senior level with his speed, skill, and attacking instincts. Despite setbacks caused by injuries, he showed tremendous character and determination, repeatedly working his way back into the lineup.

With his inspiring journey, continuous development, and passion for the game, Maksym Andriienko has become a valued and important member of the Crocodiles Hamburg family.
